How does heating clothing work?

The Glovii brand has equipped its heated jackets and vests with carbon fibres that emit a special type of waves - infrared waves. Don't worry, they are completely safe for your health - and what's more, they even have a positive effect on your circulatory system. Therefore, heating clothing can be used even by elderly people. The heating element was placed on the chest and shoulders - this will ensure proper heat circulation and effectively prevent its loss. Carbon fibres used in heated vests and jackets are distinguished by very high resistance and durability. The outerwear uses an efficient Li-Ion battery, which will ensure a long working time for the carbon fibres elements. The manufacturer has equipped the jacket with three external pockets (including one dedicated to storing batteries) and three internal pockets.

The device operates on three modes. You can decide for yourself when and by how many degrees you want to increase or decrease the temperature of your heated clothing. Battery life in the heated jacket and vest depends on the set operating mode. When used in LO mode, it is up to 8 h, in MED up to 8 h, and in HI up to 3 hours. The low-battery indicator will inform you about the remaining working time of the device. The set also includes a dedicated charger, thanks to which you will be able to quickly and easily remove the battery from the jacket and charge it even in the car. The manufacturer's clothing is made of waterproof material, and the heated jacket is additionally insulated with synthetic feathers.
